My name is Wanda Rowe, and I prefer she/her pronouns. I am a wife, a mother, and have been running my own business since 2016. I have a deep affinity for physical activity and the outdoors. Originally from Hamilton, I made the move to Jarvis two decades ago.
Staying active has been a significant aspect of my life, engaging in activities such as walking, biking, running, and even participating in the Cadets. My journey in the fitness industry began as a gym client, followed by working at a local gym, and eventually led me to establish my personal training business.
During my earlier years, my diet wasn't very healthy. I passed on the same eating habits to my children, reflecting how I was raised. However, after relocating to Jarvis, my dedication to healthy living and a desire for knowledge compelled me to explore the world of nutritious eating. This transformation had a profound impact on my life, and now, my greatest passion lies in promoting health and wellness, which I'm eager to share with others.
